I have been declined for a home loan on the 31/07/2013 because of, and i quote "- Client has recent skipped payments on the Mr. Price weekend wear account".
We were away with no cell signal no electricity from the 21st of June to the 28 of July. My account was not paid because of this. My account was thus in arrears by ONE month. I have send them a recon of my payments for the past 4 years! I have send numerous mails after i paid up the total outstanding balance on the 30/07/2013 of - R3700 I have spoken to Vuleka after my mails were deleted without being read, and received an email address from her to contact. This mailing and subsequent call took place on the 12/08/2013.I have been promised that this will be cleared from ICT. I was totally under the impression this has been cleared!
I have just been informed from Discovery card that this listing is still not cleared by Mr Price. I think this is totally unacceptable and to try and find a person again at Mr Price to talk to (which took me half a day last time!)
This leaves a total bad taste in my mouth what Mr Price is concerned. I wonder what and who will take the time to respond to this!!!
