I have a gift voucher that was given to me. I haven't used it, cos there was nothing that I liked at a reasonable price that I could purchase from @HOME. When I contacted the call centre today and spoke to Samantha, she advised that there is nothing that can be done and that the money on the card is forfeited. This is a Rip off. People spend money on Gift vouchers and @home decides to forfeit and expire the cards. Let alone their goods are so expensive, now they still want to take peoples money. what makes matters worse is that I spoke to a consultant a while ago at the same call centre and he advised that the card wont expire. We phone the call centre cos we need help, not to be misfed info. So I mean really now... I lose out cos people are not trained properly on their jobs. Sadly disappointed about the gift voucher and how people get ripped off for their own money. I will make as many people aware of this as possible and never to purchase gift vouchers from @home!!!
