Humiliated by Edgars. I'm done with pathetic Edgars

In Jul'13 I short-paid my acc by R100 the in the middle of Aug'13 a consultant called me to query why i short-paid the acc. I explained to her that I had financial constraints and she also explained that the interest will be accumulated due to the short payment so I told her and we agreed that I will settle the amount in arrears, the interest and the instalment in Aug'13 and Sep'13 of which I did in August and the amount that in arrears is now R138-00 which I'm going to settle in Sep (as per our telephone conversation) and I did tell her to put that on the system and she agreed. To my surprise last week I received an sms saying that I need to settle the account as its in arrears, I ignored the sms because I know I had sorted the issue out. What pains and hurts me the most is that about an hour ago I received an sms from Transunion saying that Edgars has been listed me for a slow payer. How could they do that when I had already contracted with the consultant on the payment terms of the arrears amount without even notifying me. I have never had a problem in paying my account and also I explained and agreed on payment terms. I need a valid clarity on this matter, Edgars need to explain
