Fochini's Greenacres Port Elizabeth to look for the black shoes. Sun the 8th September 2013. I was standing around alone in the shoe department and all the consultants were busy chatting acting as if they dont see me. Until a lady coming out from the fitting room assisted me. I could'nt get the size I was looking for as I was looking for 5 in the shoes I wanted. The lady who assisted me informed me that they did have but no on shelf so she went & got it, paid fitted the shoe all was good. I went home wore the shoe, all was good. Monday the 9th Sept I went to work wearing the shoes but after 2hours wearing the shoes I started noticing that there was a lastic or shoe make that was so tight and I couldnt walk I ended up taking them off& . Tues the 10th Sept. I took the shoe back to the store & .Samantha went to Beauty who then told her that I cannot return the shoes as I have wore them. Samantha told me that she will take the shoes and the Area Manager will call me before the end of the week. Up until todate no one has contacted me and I have paid R299 on these. The return policy states otherwise
