I have closed my Mr Price account months ago, however when I run my credit report it still shows up as open. I have called Mr Price customer services, spoke to their legal/itc departments numerous times already and was assured on all occasions that this will be updated accordingly, months later it still shows as open. I really want this updated to reflect that my accounts is closed. My most recent call ref was 0144073814. This is becoming the most annoying thing in the world and I am not getting the results required.
I am logging this call after 2 months of trying to get this action. My account is definitely closed but open on my credit report which is not good.
