I shop at Pick and Pay daily, the staff working at the fast food counter in 4 ways, refused point blank to help me after i have waited in the Q but continued to ignore me and helping the black customers all around me? is this because i don't speak their language? surely we all understand English? is the fast food counter only for people who understand Zulu or Sotho, why this attitude towards white customers? i don't expect any other treatment than that of my fellow countrymen white or black, so please Pick and Pay we as loyal customers don't deserve this bad treatment from your staff.
