Nadine Moorcroft: I bought a lounge suite from Bears, Randfontein in October 2012.I had a loan with African Bank, the staff at Bears told me they do their financing through African Bank, and they will combine the two accounts, I will only have one account to pay each month. In December 2012 I decided to pay off the money I owed Bears and I settled the account. Then the 2 seater couch broke. I contacted them AND THIS IS WHERE THE FUN STARTED.They took forever to replace the broken couch. Then the 3 seater couch broke too, and I had to fight with them for days to get this one replaced. Within a week the replaced couch also broke. Then I had had enough, I told them to fetch the lounge suite and refund my money. I wanted another lounge suite, and they convinced me to buy from them again. This was a leather suite, double the price of the first one. They suggested to do a swop. All I had to do was to pay in R1850.This was a month ago. Yesterday I got an sms from African Bank that said a debit order of R900 will be deducted from my account end of May. I was BEYOND MAD. I phoned Bears, the lady immediately told me she can't help me, they're offline, and put the phone down. No feedback so far.
