Good day
About 2 weeks ago I went to the above Game wanting to pay my TV license, after checking it on the web and calling a branch I went to the closes one during my lunch.
In the store they only had 2 pay points open, there was a third but the floor manager/supervisor and cashier thought they it would be better just chatting and close the till. I also received a bad comment when asked about paying my tv license.
When I got to the pay point the lady explained that I need to go to where they were selling TV's to do it there.
A lady accompanied me to the point where the guy started or rather fighting with her as they are not suppose to renew licenses here and I should rather go to the post office or some other place, he will now do it they way that if someone was buying a new TV.
Then after all of this had to go back to the pay point to pay, were the second teller was now also close and only one pay point was open.
This type of service from a huge company like this and this amount of staff over lunch hour/period in Stellenbosch is not what I expected and doesn't look if they want to do business. Client service 0.
