Mix Telematics Africa (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)
BILLED EVEN AFTER STOPPED SERVICE ON 2/11/12

I duly cancelled my monthly subscription for Mazda DXP 198 MP (which I am no longer in possession of since Nov 2012) via a signed and written proforma to Mix telematics on 2/11/2012. Telematics subsequently confirmed via an email in my possession) on 14 November 2012 that the cancellation of the service is acknowledged and will be terminated on 31 December 2012. It is now more than a year later that they are still subtracting a debit order of R150, 12 (plus R15, 00 bank fees) and in spite of numerous telephone calls, especially in the last month. It was stated on each occasion that they are aware, via their system, that the account was duly cancelled as stated above, but each of the operators stated that they cannot do anything about it. Except for a ms Hazel Mbobani, who stated on 28/1/2014 that since it was an oversight on their part and such an obvious foregone conclusion that she personally will ensure the rectification and repayment of all monies owing.
It has become evident that after checking my bank details today 3/2/14, that once again Mix Telematics have subtracted the same debit order as before. MT now stated that they can do nothing about my situation.
