SERVICE AT ALTECH NETSTAR TRACKING&RECOVERY

I purchased 3 vehicles in the month of March 2013, I had 3 vehicles that had altech netstar tracking units in them. I had informed Altech Netstar that I sold my 3 vehicles and purchased the 3 new vehicles. I called into the call centre and spoke to sales person by the name of Jiten who advised me to settle contract and install 3 new units, I agreed. I called on 15 March to inform him that we taking delivery of the one vehicle today and the unit needs to be fitted. No problem that was sorted, I also advised me that we taking delivery of the 2nd vehicle on the 21 March and the 3rd on the 22nd and that he needs to arrange the units to be fitted in. I had to call him all day on the 21 March as the fitment centre had not been to fit unit in. Anycase that was sorted by 4pm that day. I took delivery of 3rd vehicle on the 22 March and up to today I have not had unit fitted in my vehicle. I have called Jiten many time and have complained to Johannesburgh with this regards and still have not got a call from them saying when they will arrange this. I asked the supervisor of Jiten do they really need my business or not. Spoke to supervisor 2 weeks ago, his going to get someone to call, nobody!!
