I requested a call out from your technical department and when 3 men eventually responded about 3 weeks later Mon 22 April.i asked them to please program my remotes so that i could set my alarm using the remote. the men came and spent some time doing it tested it and informed me that my remotes were all working. When i left for work the next morning my alarm remote was NOT working. i have spent the last week and a half trying to contact someone in order for my problem to be rectified. i have spent hours of wasted time on the phone and i either get placed on hold indefinitely or get told someone will call me back, which they never have. i have been charged for the callout but am now not able to use my alarm system. i pay for this service every month and it is unacceptable that i am left with a system that it not working. it is my safety that is at risk and i am angry., i do not know what i need to do for this problem to be sorted out. i am at my wits end.
