DSTV has billed me twice this month, app because the debit order bounced in Dec & was told it's because I didn't have enough funds, which is NOT TRUE, I did have funds in my account. What me off is that no one even bothered to contact me to say that my debit order bounced, now I have to pay double of what I normally pay which has kicked me totally off budget. I can't afford to pay double in one month!!! There's NO excuse what so ever!!! Had they debited their money like they were supposed to this should have never happened...
