FREE ROUND LOOPHOLE WORKING ONLY FOR PLAYMOREGOLF

My friends and I have used our free round for the month of July, so we decided to use August's free round on the first weekend of August. I came to realise that unless it is physically in August you cannot use that free round.

That was understandable and I accepted that, hoping that they are working on some way to book the next month's free round ahead of time while not necessarily being in the next month yet. I logged a complaint regarding this, asking what the situation is and if there's anything we can do about it. I got told: "Please note unfortunately the new rounds for August are only allocated on the 1st August"

This is a problem because we can only play the 1st weekend in August and if we wait until it is physically August, the courses close by are likely not to have any spots available. Which means that we will lose our free round for August unless we all change our preplanned weekends for the month (Which we all have decided on because we pay for the service provided by PMG and we don't want to lose the money).

Worst part is I've had very good service from them in the past but, something as small as this is enough to cancel PMG and book the old fashioned way.
