We last paid our dstv acc in February, our services were cut off fair enough. I walk into Pick n Pay Park Meadows on 01 June 2013 to make payment on the dstv acc. Knowing that I have a reconnection fee to pay, I pay an extra R50 making the total amount R350. I get home our services are not reconnected I give them a call with all the necessary info on my pick n pay slip, all goes well my services are reconnected. Only to come back on Tuesday night with my acc being suspended, naturally I call in to their call centre where I get told that the ID I gave to them was invalid and they can not trace the payment I made, now having thrown my slip away since it my services were reconnected I'm sitting without a service a paid for. Not to mention how rude the call centre agent that took my call was so rude he refused to put me through to a manager when I called in on 04 June, Ronny was his name. Once Pick n Pay are able to reprint my slip I will be closing my dstv acc and going to Top tv. I have had enough of the bad services at Multichoice. You should have never reconnected my services if you could not track my payment. I will make sure I take this further, I know my consumer rights.
