I tried to access the EAAB's website in October to no avail, as my subs were due. In Nov I was sent my "pin" by Rene Stigling. This pin (suuposed log in access) didn't work. I tried various methods and was able to log in ONCE. Subsequently the log in doesn't work. I have sent them numerous emails, but have had NO response. Today I held on for 15 mins on a long distance phone call, and when I got through to the operator, she put the phone down on me. I have paid my subs to the old reference number out of sheer desperation. The change of address I requested in 2008 hasn't happened YET. They say I haven't submitted my audit for 2012 - which I have. My account reads NULL and invalid and my name and agency name are invalid. Why do I pay them R855 per year for non-service? THEY SHOULD BE DISBANDED PERMANENTLY as they mean less than zero on a contract. Answers PLEASE!
