I had sent my concern below to the Estate Agent Affairs Board on the 15th of November 2012. I have had no response at all and still have the same problem.

I would like to inquire what I need to do in order to resolve the following concern.
I have appointed and estate agency D M Homes (Derrick Marx - 072 124 2232, 011 477 5768 to attend to the paper work regarding the sale of my late fathers property in September 2011. The Buyer whom had lived in the property was already in place, the agent had to only facilitate the documentation (Offer to Purchase, Clearance Certificate and allied documents). The Buyer was approved and had paid the conveyancing fees accordingly. The conveyancing attorney is someone by the name of Max (011 669 6300The registration and transfer has to date not been affected without any indication as to when it will be. It has been in excess of a year and is beyond my understanding as to what the delays are and where. Erf 747 Noordgesig, The Esate Late D.J. Seefort
Please advise my as to what could possibly delay the process for longer as a year.
