No respect and sympathy for clients

It is sad that 1 person in a company can give it a bad reputation. General manager of residential properties at framework, Rina is very rude and disrespectful to tenants and clients. she is very unhelpful and unconcerned when assisting with queries of the tenants. it seems as if though she thinks the world owes her. she seems to forget that it is the tenants rent that pays her salary and therefore she should be helpful yet this is the complete opposite. many clients and tenants feel the exact way about her. if the owners of the business/properties do not anything about there tenants relations, they will soon find themselves with empty buildings because of 1 bad apple.
