As per the Meter reading guy this morning taking the meter reading notified and and showed me that the meter is not running normal.
As per him the meter is running to fast
I tried speaking to Naas Branard who told me he is in charge of the whole department there is nothing wrong with the meter and i asked him if he could provide me with the certificate for that meter as he started getting rude with me
Naas Branard didnt not want to listen or try to assit
Cant belive there are people like Naas Branard working for the ekurhuleni municipality
