My account is 1800213346, I religiously pay my account from month to month and have no arrears, no have been in arrers in the last 12 years. it happened that this month i did not get my statement, having seen the time passing by, I decided to pay R1100.00 on the 11/10/2013, without even knowing what my balance due is, as I am a law abiding citiizen. To my surprise when I got home 14/10/2013, I found a final notice that my electricity will be cut in 7 days if I fail to pay, ( amount due R1147.71 plus cost of notice) and the notice carries a cost of notice of R87.78. I NEED THAT COST OF NOTICE REVERSED as I find it strange that the notice was delivered, and yet the statement to pay was not recived.wnen I called one of the agents at 011 999 3116, she was very rude and told me that Iam supposed to know the due dates??? what about the amount???Please reverse this notice amount as i did pay on the 11/10/2013 without knowing what is due. I NEED THAT COST OF NOTICE REVERSED.
