My life changing parcel not delivered!!!

Once again i was told that speed service are on strike, was supposed to receive my parcel last week Friday with a tracking number TA 739 234 221 ZA but till now i havent received anything... this parcel is my company certficate from Shelf Company, am in a process of seeking some funding for my new business venture and cant do it without this certificate that is stuck wherever it...

i'm fed up now...
