Owner's Warranty Activation

Within days (91Km) after I received my bike, exhaust protector fell off, left engine cover dropped off, battery acid ran all over the engine dissolving paint, and rusting screws, the saddle front clip was missing, accelerator cable not fastened, two missing bolts on headlight and instrument cluster, tire pressure was 0 at the back, 0, 7 at the front - to name but what I could see.
Warranty MUST be activated by the OWNER by phoning the number given in the warranty booklet, 011-4446017, or on the website by clicking on Warranty Activation tab. The phone has been busy for 4 days EVEN ON CONTINUOUS REDIAL on my phone. The website Warranty Activation tab ALWAYS returns "The requested URL /bb-scooters-v1/warranty-status.php was not found on this server.". If you DON'T activate your warranty on the website OR by phoning, your warranty WILL BE NULLIFIED! In 4 days, I have not been able to activate the warranty. Will Big Boy Scooters SA PLEASE contact me urgently in order to resolve this, not just for me, but for all Big Boy buyers? Can you please do that?
