Dream Nails Beauty ruined my nails and cuticles! I went for a manicure and polish pro (UV cured polish) application, but the therapist was completely incompetent and ruined my nails. Firstly she was very unprofessional and discussed intimate details of her romantic relationship, and then aggressively pushed back my cuticles without soaking (ow!!) and then used a coarse grit emery board to file my nails and cuticles. She was careless and sliced up my cuticles and fingertips with it, despite my telling her it hurts. She didn't clean up the burrs when she was done filing, and began to apply the product. It was way too thick and gloopy, my nails are full of bumps now. She did it messily and I asked her to tidy it up twice and every time she just managed to put more air bubbles, smudges and lumps in. There's even hair baked into it, and the top coat is patchy and not applied everywhere. Meanwhile she and another therapist were arguing about whose equipment belonged to whom. She took almost two hours to do a simple polish job. Eventually I gave up and was given discount but still had to pay R175 for the polish. My nails look and feel disgusting and my cuticles are full of painful cuts.
