I sms them as they required and they promised me that there is no problem in clearing my name for R1500 payable in two months and a future loan. I asked them how much it is going to cost me when I am referred to THERE LEGAL DEPARTMENT (as they told me) and they said NOTHING. I made a point of this because I had to pay R1650 to a lawyer who put me up incorrectly to clear a item. After paying the money another NOT THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT called me (call person Andre) and said I must pay R3500 to clear my name. He then told me he will cancel my case if I don't pay. When I tried to get clarity from CREDIT CLEAR I was informed this is how they operate. Then at the end of the THIRD MONTH they deducted another R799 from my account. When myself and my bank called them they said it is a mistake and I will receive the money in my account in 7 working days from 28/11/2013. I have not received any pay back until 08/12/2013.
