I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a R30 balloon for Valentines day. The flowers were delivered, but not the balloon. I contacted NetFlorist via Twitter and provided the order number and I was informed that it'll be delivered the next day. Despite the fact I was upset as I ordered it for a special occasion, I didn't complain. However, the next day, no delivery was made. I then contacted NetFlorist and was informed by Cazley Manuel that I'll receive a refund. Still no refund has been paid.
