It seems like Southern / Tsogo Sun only responds to complaints posted on this website. I have emailed their admin several times and asked at the reception at a few hotels already as to why the points I earned since October 2013 - January 2014 do not reflect on my Tsogo Sun frequent guest statement but no reply is forthcoming. Every time reception tells me someone will contact me and no one ever does. I email and no one responds. I fill in the contact page on their website after logging in as a frequent guests and no one responds either. Have you turned into a government institution now as your service is getting just as bad or even worse?
Can someone please tell me why the points have not been allocated to me?
