I have become Netcare medical's secretary over the last couple of months - sorting out final demand for payments of consultations when my wife was pregnant in Jan 2013. These guys simply do not pay - then you have bills and letters of final demand that you need to sort out manually with long horrible phone calls and no reasons for why the initial payments were not processed
I have taken my wife and daughter off this medical aid - After my wife left she was handed a bill of R1200 that was simply deducted from her salary (Oct 2013) after they cancelled her medical aid MID MONTH (meaning there was a period that my wife and daughter were not covered at all)
I cannot accept the poor way that this medical aid conducts itself and I want to seriously express my concern for anyone that is on or considering this medical aid.
I have just made a cash payment for to Unitas hospital pharmacy (for chronic medication) that they simply did not pay.
