I called MSC call centre this afternoon because I had a query, I waited on the line for 0ver 25 minutes with no response from the agent instead that annoying voice informat kept on saying my call will be answered soon. I was very disturbed dat no one answered my call, clearly they don't monitor their lines because waiting on the line for over 25 minutes is a very long time and as a customer I was very irked about their customer services. I handed up cutting the call as I was not getting anywhere. If MSC really cares about their customer then I suggest someone calls me because it's not like we phone for free, MSC please get your call centre in order and manage your process closely because by this bad customer experience you'll end up losing even more customers.
