Arwyp Medical Centre has sent us a statement last year January for an outstanding bill. The date we were there on the statement is for 10/06/2010 for R398.?? I did call them alot of times for the reason for this bill as I cannot remember. They told me that there is not a reason on the computer and that we must wrote a letter for our file to be drawn so that they can tell me then. I will not wrote a letter because it is time wasting. They must do there work!!! And after alot of statements my husband wrote a letter and I have emailed it twice to them, but still after the emails I have not heard of them anymore and i thought that this case is cleared. I will not pay them if they can not tell my why it is. Today 30/01/2013 I have phoned them so that they can tell me which amount is still outstanding so that I can pay that and they have brought up the amount what they can not tell me for what it is. And do they have an attitude!!! I will sure not use their emergency room anymore.
