I signed up with "Sandton Sales (PTY) Ltd" Through a business called "Refresh KZN". Refresh KZN offered me a holiday point system package, which I signed up for, and when leaving, they presented me with another story of a Levy, which was not discussed during the whole process. I hit the roof, and was given an email address to contact to have the contract canceled.
This company is indirectly acting on behalf of the Hospitality Industry as a whole, as the brochure I received has Southern Sun as well as other Hotel Groups advertised, so I gather that they are all working together in this scheme. The way in which it was presented, is very unprofessional to say the least.
I am hoping you could contact them as I have received no joy so far. If resolved amicably, I will compliment "Southern Sun" for your help.
