I was called by a lady called Itumeleng Molefe from Hotel Express International (Pretoria), selling their product. She asked me to buy their product which cost R1610, which I said to her I don't have the money in full and I was not for the idea, but she convince me by saying that they will deduct their premium on a monthly basis ( -R280) and this can only be done on a credit card only we agreed that she would call me the next morning to get my credit card details then she sent an unprofessional and rude WatsUp saying why don't I pick up my phone then immediately I asked her not to call me and stop everything we spoke about, I was interested anymore, but R1610 was deducted from my cheque acc on the 05Aug2013 without even confirming with me.
When I tried to enquire from their PTA number it wasn't even answered then spoke to Tracy who promised to call me but I had to run after them then she gave me Sohana's number who was very rude and defensive and requested them to reverse my money. They keep on telling me that they have listen to the recordings of my conversation with Itumeleng, and I had to call them back again. This company is full of unprofessional and stuff needs training.
