ACCOUNTS NOT PAID

I was advised by the call centre to take chronic application forms to the dr to have it filled in by the consultant who sent the forms to me because of all the medical terms, and the practise claimed for consultation along as filling the forms and now i am being handed over after i done what i was advised by my medical aid... incompetence by consultants as well as HELLO PETER response consultants
