When i was pregnant 2 years ago i took out this so calle medical aid to cover my baby. 1. They put me on the wrong scheme, failed to send me registration form for when my baby was born. i cancelled it immediatley after birth and never claimed a cent. Now they listed me on ITC! i owe them nothing. if they want money from me they must pay out my baby's hospital costs. How can you owe someone money if you never used them? Like i said WORST MEDICAL AID in South Africa. Do not take out MEDIHELP you will be sorry if it comes to claims.
