After taking my Galaxy Gear in on Friday 25th January I have received NO feedback from Samsung whatsoever firstly after being told the repair would take 2-3 working days. And subsequesntly sending an e-mail to these people outling my position and dissatisfaction with their TOTAL/NON-EXISTENT customer service.
