Unable to supply any parts

If I can give anybody with advise, stay away from LG, found their customer service of late is very bad.
I used to buy, even recommend LG, but this will not happen again and I am actively avoiding any LG product.

I was in the need of a new Laptop battery for my LG Laptop recently.
Contacted the indicated service support centre from their website, LG Lifestyle Centre in Canal Walk which indicated to me they do not support LG, only sell LG.

Contacted the customer care line, what do you know, they refer me back to LG Lifestyle Centre in Canal Walk.
After a very long battle and numerous calls, I finally tried the LG Lifestyle Centre at Willowbridge that said they do support LG but cannot provide pricing or any other support unless I work through their official email as this is the only way they can provide support, probably easier to ignore. Dubious, I mailed [Email Removed] as requested but finally after no response I bought a generic battery it's now a month later and still haven't heard anything, probably never will.

Good customer support of utmost importance to me and without it, a product is not worth the buy and thus will actively avoid all LG products in future.
