First of all - Impak took its time to respond to the client - it took them a week to respond/react. Reaction was only received once matter was escalated
Secondly - a query was logged at impak with 2 different reponses. The one response - contracts of impak is always - between parent of child with impak never between the school and impak - second response - Didaskos is a "diens centre - they have an account with impak. (School and Impak???) Did I miss something here. If you do not settle your account in full with Didaskos your child is not allowed to take his/her books, you are also not allowed to transfer this account from Didaskos to the parents name???
Parents is not allow to change packages - due to unhappiness of child in school. Impak is not at all interested in the well being of the child. DID I MISS SOMEHTING HERE. Impak switchboard also notified me that they are not allowed to give the Director or Head of the centre's contact number or email address to a client. Why are they there - to fill a seat? What am I paying for???
