Questionable personnel management practices and actions regarding restructuring of the organisation supposedly to be implemented on 01 May 2013 gave rise to a CCMA dispute heard for concilliation on 07 May 2013. Impak and the employee could not concilliate. The matter continues.
Impak consults and contracts an HR manager from "Creative Leadership Solutions" an independant "CC". Watch out if you ever deal with this man; especially "if alone and "behind closed doors" - I suggest you record EVERYTHING and get EVERYTHING in writing!!
