Firstly the customer service lacks and you seem to get a sense of attitude when you have issues around the certificates they issue. I just moved into our new place and techno issued all the certificates. They have been back twice to rectify plumbing issues. I now got a second opinion on the electrical set up in the house after techno supplied the electrical certificate 2 months ago. The quote came in at over R 13 000 to repair What they signed off as compliant.
I am awaiting a response to the email I have sent them with the quote attached.
Beware of dealings with this company, I see I am now the 3rd complaint on this platform
