Poor Workmanship, after sales service, Eskom rebate

Installation done 3/2/2013 by above supplier.

- geyser quoted for was not the one that was installed, instead an inferior quality geyser was installed
- solar panel not fixed to any bracket or structure
- no drip tray was installed - SABS requirement
- a garden hose was connected to the geyser pressure release valve
- a non-return valve was not installed - we have since determined from other suppliers that this could be reasons for cold water and continuous circulation, for first 2 weeks we only had cold water, questions arose as to why, and we were politely informed by suplier that we need to keep the trip switch on at all times, which defeats the point of going solar
- no control mechanism/timer was installed
- no response from supplier about our Rebate, and Deloitte and Eskom has both confirmed no claims had been submitted for the respective installation. Supplier advertised that they were accredited with Eskom and Sessa, since confirmed not the case.

numerous attempts and calls made with the above supplier to sort the problems out, either never responded or attended too.
