R107 000.000 spent, suing tomorrow morning!!!

I paid a R60 000.00 deposit and Jeff Philips took three months berfore starting the job. Excuses were wide and varied:
Supplier did not have the correct material.
Crew disappeared with 'bakkie' and my materials.
Purchasing materials from another supplier.
Job was eventually completed and balance of R47 000.00 was paid. Roof 15yrs gauarantee, skylights 5yrs.
To date despite numerous telephone calls and emails he has not honoured his guarantee and the skylights and one bedroom have been re-named Victoria Falls.
I have all the relevant documentation, proof of payment, emails, invoice and guarantees. He is going down... watch this space.
