I went to Matrix Warehouse at Centurion Mall on the 8th of October to buy myself a TV card. Werner told me I need a TV License which I didn't have with me, I tried to show him an SMS I received from SABC as a proof of payment, but he said he needed the document so that he can make a copy. I explained to him that I wanted to use to get the info from a Camera to broadcast it using projector. He advised me to buy the USB Video & Audio grabber, I first checked the external TV card that he had and it didn't have the s-video, so I decided to take his advise. I asked him after buying it if I can return it, he said yes, today I called the store to tell them that I was returning it, and he said no, because it has passed 10 days, and I told him, that I asked you and you said I can return it, and he now claims to have told me that I can return it with 7 days. His attitude was too bad even when he was talking to me.
I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager told me about the company policy which isn't there on my slip.
