You have to get a complaint as the last two complaints I made - both suppliers took longer than the number of days you give them to get back to me... The most annoying was that Virgin Money left a message for me to phone a CALL CENTRE... I cannot believe that that is called resolving an issue as placing my statements in the post as I required and I never requested e-statements... So I am giving HELLOPETER.com a fat 0/10 for resolving issues between complainant and supplier.
