In December 2012 I took my car for check up as I was going to Durban, Renauklt woodmead picked up that my brake pads and disc need to be changed, when they submitted my claim to maintenance it was not approved as tehy said it was claimed recently when my car was 80 000km. I then enquired this with Renault Princess crossing as they are my dealership and I always take my car to them for the service. Apparently they changed my brake pads and disc when it was 45 000km, 60 000km and 80 000km, till today I have not received any feedback about these claimes and I've been driving with these fuinished brake pads, I have informed them that they will be liable for any damages or accidents because this problem has not been sorted and I'm still waiting for Lukin the relationship manager. This is the second time i have to fight with Renault, i'm really sick and tired with this brand, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!! PEOPLE PLEASE THINK TWICE WHEN YOU BUY RENAULT CARS BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR TEH REST OF YOUR LIFE...
