Refusal to refund an item, incorret part supplied

I ordered a part for a specific car, the car was booked in for the replacement part to be fitted, but was supplied incorrectly. I had to make alternate arrangement to get my car mobile again, and therefor no longer need the part. They are not responding to my emails, and calls and refusing to refund my cash.
