I made a complaint last weekend about a part ordered in March with no part being supplied. Your customer service was great phone me on Monday promised me the part would be delivered to Cresta by Wednesday and they would contact me. Well it is now Friday the following week and nothing. Why do you people contact customers and give them the run around. Here is a suggestion deliver the part to me with your complements due to your shocking service. Take a leaf out of woolworths. They make an error you get the item for free.
