Not being able to fix a VW

I "drive" a polo vivo, on the 6th of February they tried to my car, in the process they damaged my ignition and my computer box. My insurance sent my car to VW Airport. BIG MASTAKE!! It is the 14th March today I still do not have my car. I keep phoning them and they just tell me they are busy with it, so on Monday I phoned again and started to really get upset they cannot give me a courtesy car because according to them they do not have courtesy cars. On the 12th March at 8am I phoned again I spoke to the service manager he said he will phone me back, which he didn't but at about 2pm Peter (Service Advisor) phoned me and said my car is ready. I phoned my insurance and said that VW said my car is ready. The insurance went to pick up my car. But the car wasn't ready they were still busy with it. So the following day (13th March) I phoned again and asked to speak to Peter but he wasn't available so I had to speak to Michelle that said he will investigate and phone me back. This again did not happen. I have spoken to almost every person in that branch and not one of them can tell me when I can have my car. How can a company sell something that they can not repair?!
