I have been a customer at Caltex Midrand for 12 years, because my employer had an account there.
Everytime there is a new manager / owner, the service gets worse. And so service is at an all time low. There is never enough staff on duty to handle demand. And the staff that are there, are inefficient. 30 min bathroom breaks while I have to wait for them, petrol attendants chatting for extended periods of time with couriers who doesn't even fill up. During peak hours there is one teller to handle petrol purchases, shop purchases, lotto tickets etc. And it is not just during peak hours. Anything from 19:00 to 23:00 at night, on many occasions, I have seen a number of people waiting to fill up their tanks, but eventually just angrily speed away. That's if there is fuel available (even though there aren't any strikes). I am happy to say, I no longer have an account with Caltex, and won't need their services any more. Perhaps you should fix the problem before more customers don't return.
