They were contracted and paid extra to bubble wrap ALL house hold furniture but neglected to wrap my mattress etc. I asked them on the morning of the move again to wrap it, they agreed to do it.
When the mattress was delivered, it was not wrapped and the coils were damaged, i.e. you fall flat when you sleep.
Big glass dome was not wrapped but merely put in a box. It broke. They asked to borrow my Victorinox scissors, and never returned it, despite being asked numerous times to return it.
I submitted my claim on 17 December and am still not allowed to speak with the owner. They refuse to phone you back and don't care about you, because they already took your money. 11 emails and 13 phone calls later they offered me R 2000 on a R 14 600 claim.
I should have listened to my friends who discouraged me to use this company.
There is a reason why they are so cheap.
