Dear Peter,
On the 11 November I booked a car using internet booking an amount of R3868.73 was debited from my account around 15h00 on the same day. When I called on Tuesday morning (12th) to confirm the pick up address I discovered that the car was not booked hence the money was debited from my credit card. I then went to same company in King Shaka where I made new arrangements. Since the 8th I have been calling the offices to refund but no one seem to know where the money went to.
11 November R3868, 73 Debited for nothing
12 November R3190 was debited on the internet and I cancelled that booking when I was with staff from Dollar Thrifty and told that, That money will be refunded to my account within 14 days
12 November R3000 Held to confirm the booking
12 November R4500 debited for the new booking.
I want my refund, Please help
