On the 11th November I tried to book a car from Dollar car rental and Nedbank deducted an amount of R3080 from my account to pay for the hired car. I was very upset when I arrived in Durban city to collect the vehicle I was told that Nedbank didn't give the money to Dollar. When I checked on the internet banking the money was deducted hence the car was not booked and I reported to Nedbank and they said they can see the money that taken by mistake they will lodge my complaint and reverse the money. I have been making calls but no one knows what is happening with my refund to credit card.
