Manager and Lousey Disrespectful Staff

As a regular customer of Debonairs Claremont, we always pay cash or by card for our deliveries! Thursday 14/02/2012 at roughly 8.30pm we placed an order at the Goodwood store and needed it to be delivered in Kensington. NOT ONCE WAS I TOLD EVER TO HAVE THE CARD AT HAND WHEN THE PIZZA ARRIVES! Neither did the cashier that took our order in Goodwood, the driver refused to hand over the food even after the payment has gone through, because my daughter in Kensington did not have the card. I called the store saying that I am no, after arguing for about 10 minutes with the inadequate disrespectful cashier on the phone, she had the audacity to throw the phone down in my face. I called back to ask for the manager who was just as incompetent, EDITH! Edith had no way of dealing with the scenario, she shouldn't be in a managers position at all. My business is situated in Riverton, we often order from the Goodwood store and always pay cash. The manager and cashier blatantly that the cashier did tell me over the phone that the card needs to be at hand upon delivery. I live in Kenilworth so it was a mission to get to Kensington, but never am I going to order from Debonairs ever again!
